This is the one that got us in the smoked meat business in 1962. Our whole smoked turkeys are the perfect centerpiece for family meals or holiday parties. They are fully smoked and cooked, ready to slice and serve chilled or heated. This moist, tender turkey disappears fast, so order a big one. Later, enjoy a buttery turkey sandwich, if there’s any left. When ordering, a good estimate is 1 pound per person you are serving.

Cooking Instructions: Slice and serve slightly chilled. To serve warm, preheat oven to 325 degrees. Carefully remove any plastic or netting. Wrap tightly in foil and place in roaster pan in oven. Heat approximately 1 hour.
